We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Benefits Engagement to join our People Rewards team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Contribute to executing the Engagement Strategy for BNY's Americas Benefits portfolio by providing day-to-day support that drives awareness, understanding, and participation
- Lead strategic engagement and communication initiatives for BNY Retirement and Personal Finances offerings, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with enterprise tone and brand standards
- Support the development and delivery of broader Total Rewards engagement materials to enhance employee experience and program visibility
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Legal, and HR teams to help align messaging with firm-wide strategies
- Prepare and analyze engagement metrics, employee feedback, and campaign outcomes to generate insights and support continuous improvement of Benefits communications and experiences
- Maintain governance and accuracy of content across internal and external platforms, ensuring timely updates, stakeholder alignments, and compliance with documentation standards
- Partner with Product Owners and external vendors to develop compliant, engaging content across multiple channels to support Benefits program delivery
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, communications, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing effective communications that enhance participant understanding and drive engagement
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations for diverse audiences
- Track record of driving awareness and participation in programs through targeted engagement strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience preparing and interpreting engagement metrics, employee feedback or campaign performance reports
- Strong collaborator who builds partnerships to achieve shared goals and foster belonging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
