Joint Military Operations Expert

The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to have an impact on national security and space domain readiness. As a military operations expert on our team, you'll engage with clients at the senior and operational levels to help them understand their organizational readiness, mission dependencies, and long-term objectives. You'll ask the right questions to draw out your client's vision and deliver operational recommendations that help them shape, prepare, and posture their forces. Your client will look to you to provide a clear operational picture and pathways to increased mission effectiveness. From Joint All-Domain Operations to contingency planning, you'll provide a holistic operational roadmap and support the Command's ability to lead within the U.S. Space Force. As a strategy leader, you'll identify and anticipate your client's needs as you create their way forward.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in military planning, Joint planning, or operational support
• Experience supporting process improvement efforts
• Knowledge of operational planning processes, including JOPP, MDMP, or adaptive planning frameworks
• Ability to synthesize operational data into actionable plans and recommendations
• Ability to work in classified environments and support senior military leaders
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command, or other space acquisition organizations
• Experience with Agile planning tools, such as Jira or Confluence, in a military context
• Experience with capability-based assessments or readiness frameworks such as DRRS or SORTS
• Knowledge of the Space Capstone Publication or JADC2 concepts
• Lean Six Sigma Belt

Clearance:
