YOUR ROLE

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to senior management andexecuting confidential, complex and sensitive matters. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHATARE YOU GOING TO DO?




  • Perform a broad range of administrative and clerical functions of a confidential or specialized nature on a regular basis. Prepare, compose and initiate accurate and timely correspondence, memoranda, presentation material and reports.



  • Coordinateresources and obtain information for special projects and assignments.



  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and appointments. Coordinate and maintain department calendar. Answer routine telephone calls, providing information to callers, including senior management and key external sources.



  • Manage information; organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring files are updated and maintained on a weekly basis. File paperwork and maintain filing system.



  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence for postal mail and email.



  • Coordinate and/or facilitate travel arrangements. Process and/or prepareexpenses reports for senior management.



  • Perform various special projects as needed.



  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.



  • Perform other duties as assigned.





WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?




  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.





  • PC literate. Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.





  • Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Basic math skills.





  • Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, customers and vendors. Excellent oral communications skills.



  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines.



  • Demonstrated ability to compose, edit and proof read written documents (routine letters, business correspondence and reports of varying complexity).



  • Ability to produce error-free documents from rough draft involving a standard business vocabulary, or a limited range of specialized recurrent terminology. Skilled in the creation of spreadsheets,reports, charts, and graphs.



  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills. High degree of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.



  • Knowledgeable of company policies, practices and operations.



  • Must be flexible, able to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to display a strong sense of urgency and good judgment.



  • Ability to work well in a team environmentand manage through conflict with a positive, flexible attitude and sense of humor. Ability to support team members in furthering departmental goals through open and honest communication, promoting team interests over self-interest. Balance team and individual responsibilities.



  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.





Minimum:




  • High School Degree or GED.



  • Minimum3 years relatedexperience.





Preferred:




  • Minimum1 year industry experience.
