Vision & Roadmap: You'll own and execute the global product line strategies and technology roadmaps for our fast growing data center cooling portfolio. Drive Business Growth: Define the business case for new products, including opportunity sizing, revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and required feature sets to maximize global market potential. Ensure Competitive Excellence: Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve the product line's core performance, focusing on revenue growth, margin improvement, cost efficiency, and quality. Translate Customer Insight: Conduct deep Voice of the Customer (VOC) and primary research to identify market needs, validate product plans, and uncover new service and product opportunities. Champion Our Value: Develop clear, quantified value propositions that articulate product differentiation for customers, channel partners, and the entire sales organization. Direct Market Strategy: Partner with regional marketing and communications teams to create and support the entire commercialization strategy, from developing digital marketing plans to producing sales collateral, catalogs, and competitive alerts.
YOU HAVE:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business preferred Ideally 5+ years of technical product management or new product development experience Experience in the Data Center and/or IT Networking sector is helpful Experience with distributors, direct sales, and manufacturer's reps is preferred. Knowledge of networking and data center infrastructure technologies and/or cooling systems is helpful Ability to travel 20% on average

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
