Responsible for providing guidance and direction to the student organization team, including assistance with University recognition, recruitment, program and event planning, major event management, risk management, accessing University resources, understanding and negotiating University policies and procedures, organizational development, and enhancement. Additionally, provides leadership and active support to the Division of Student Affairs with campus-wide initiatives to enhance campus spirit and traditions that will cultivate more engaging activities and experiences outside of the classroom to enhance the student experience at UCR. This position will also take on large-scale programs/projects within the Student Organization Team. The Senior Coordinator will also assist at various departmental functions and events. This position will support the Student Life and ASPB mission, vision, and strategic plan, which focuses on social justice, leadership development, and creating a sense of belonging for students.

The full salary range for the ASPB Senior Coordinator (job code: 004568 ) is $66,500 - $118,300.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $90,000 annually. We base placement within these ranges on the individual's qualifications as they relate to this position.
