As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for compensation-related projects and partners with HR team members to deliver compensation-related services to assigned business organization(s). Develop and manage compensation related projects towards completion and implementation. Analyze and process information related to the compensation of employees based on their positions and other compensable factors. Evaluate jobs using established evaluation methodologies and recommends job placement within established grade structures. Analyzes and assists in developing salary structures and presentations for their implementation.

#LI-SA2 #ZRSA-1 #LI-hybrid Pay range for this opportunity is$90,737.50-$117,425.00.This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
