As the heartbeat of our guest experience, the At Your Service team ensures every stay is seamless, personalized, and unforgettable. In this role, you will be the central connection point for our guests - anticipating needs before they arrive, coordinating memorable experiences during their stay, and ensuring every request is handled with efficiency and care. You'll work closely with every department in the hotel, from Housekeeping to Food & Beverage, to bring guest requests to life. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position perfect for someone who thrives on communication, enjoys solving problems creatively, and can manage multiple priorities with ease - all while delivering the warm, genuine service that defines our brand.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: You will answer incoming calls from guests, both external and in-house; communicate guest needs to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure that requests have been handled; take room service orders; field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results. Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating or air conditioning, etc.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:



  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve guest concerns quickly and creatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to guest service excellence and a professional demeanor.
  • Previous hotel front office, concierge, or guest service experience preferred.


WHEN YOU WILL BE WORKING: Hotels are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shifts are generally 7-3 or 3-11, but mid shifts will be scheduled based on business needs.

Experience
Previous guest service experience is required. Hotel experience is highly preferred. (required)
