The Position Job TitleLearning and Growth Operations Manager Job DescriptionSUMMARY The Learning and Growth Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic governance and operational oversight of enterprise-wide Learning and Development (L&D) programs. This role ensures alignment of all L&D efforts-including learning content, facilitation, and program delivery-with organizational goals and quality standards. The Manager leads the instructional design function and supervises staff responsible for content development and program architecture. This position owns and evolves the Learning Partner Program, an internal certification program for all trainers and learning partners across the organization. Additionally, the Manager collaborates with business leaders, Line of Business (LOB) Trainers, and other stakeholders to drive adoption of consistent L&D practices, optimize learning journeys within the LMS, and evaluate program effectiveness through data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
