Job Description This Application Architect (.NET/C#) role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing robust back-end systems while also engaging in front-end integration when needed. You'll work directly with multiple development teams, guiding system design, solution architecture, and long-term technical direction across projects. As an Application Architect, you will make decisions on IT architecture issues, coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented.This is a hands-on architecture role-you will actively write code, prototype solutions, and lead the technical delivery of systems. The ideal candidate brings strong development experience in C# and .NET Core, with a working knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Blazor to support UI integration and design consistency across platforms. Education & Experience (in lieu) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. #LI-MF1 Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications. *** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
