From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Senior Analyst, Master Data based in Londonderry, NH. The Senior Analyst, Master Data is responsible for data entry and maintenance of operational and commercial data for the business in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other integrated software. The role includes creating and maintaining operational and commercial master data elements. Additionally, the Senior Analyst, Master Data will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have an understanding of the impact of data on associated business processes to align duties with the company's goals and values. This role will report to the Manager, Master Data. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Create and maintain operational and commercial master data elements in SAP, including finished goods, raw materials, packaging, bills of material, routings, production versions, customers, hierarchies, vendors, and list prices across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and support logistics-related records for order processing.
- Set up and maintain customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) configurations within SAP customer master data, relevant tables, and output records.
- Monitor inbound Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) failures in SAP and outbound failures in Salsify Product Suite (SPS).
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure master data integrity, uniqueness, and consistency.
- Maintain external customer data interfaces, including but not limited to Salsify Product Suite (SPS).
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across business functions.
- Support business acquisition in collaboration with the Master Data Business Process Owner (BPO).
- Serve as backup to Master Data Managers (Commercialization & Operations); provide oversight and guidance to Master Data Analysts.
- Document all processes and tasks in accordance with company protocols; support implementation of quality standards, programs, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce production waste and spoilage.
- Support organizational environmental initiatives, including office waste recycling and power conservation practices.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Travel may be required up to 10% monthly.

From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience of at least 5 years is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Majors or background in Master Data Management are a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of Master Data experience or equivalent.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong overall computer skills are required.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP Master Data is also required.
- Experience designing procedures and methods to ensure accurate master data across products, customers, commercial hierarchies, distribution networks, service levels, and trade terms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to rigorously analyze data from multiple sources and at various detail levels using spreadsheets or data management software to identify causes and make effective decisions.
- Skilled in data mining and reporting, able to process and interpret data to produce meaningful reports and understand the impact of erroneous data on company systems and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and diplomatically in both written and verbal formats, adjusting style and detail to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrates agility by adapting proactively to change, realigning priorities and work practices smoothly to improve results without disrupting others.
- Experienced in project management, able to lead cross-functional teams using defined methodologies and tools to deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with objectives.
