Riveron is looking for an implementation consultant focused on Microsoft D365 Business Central software to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will interact with client subject matter experts and internal Riveron team leadership throughout the lifecycle of a client engagement to complete the implementation or optimization of a D365 Business Central solution.
The implementation consultant will work within a team on defined client engagements typically under the direction of a solution architect or director leading who would be the project lead. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to work within a team structure to carry out assigned project tasks and adhere to project timelines. The candidate will also exhibit strong communication capabilities through written, verbal, and other non-verbal means.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Dynamics GP (Great Plains) - Past experience implementing/optimizing
- Understanding of core financial statements and reporting dimensionality
- Knowledge of corporate finance, consolidation, FP&A and accounting processes and procedures
- 3-5 years of experience with functional focus on implementing the Business Central solution
- General understanding of delivery methodology
- Broad knowledge of product offering through Microsoft AppSource
- MB-800 Certification
- Experience with common ISV products such as InsightWorks, Lanham, Insight Software (Jet), etc.
- Ability to develop and mature technical skillset under the direction and guidance of senior team members
- Team oriented personality

- Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams

What You'll Do:
- Execute Projects
- Participate in workshops with the key responsibility of taking notes for the team and familiarizing with the various workshops purpose and process
- Assist in project documentation and deliverables for a defined area of the project
- Assist and lead defined areas of the project to support setup and configuration of the solution to meet system requirements
- Complete initial testing on the configured solution to ensure client business processes can be carried out without error
- Assist in end user training documentation and delivery of training for defined areas of the project
- Assist in cutover activities to take the project live, and assist in post go live support
- Assist with long-term support requests that may come in from legacy projects
- Business Central Practice Development
- Assist leadership with creating case studies on successful projects
- Assist leadership with project and practice reviews to ensure consistent feedback and evolution of the practice and methodologies
The expected pay range for this position is $163,000 - $224,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
