This support includes financial analysis, budgeting, planning, and forecasting, monitoring, controlling, and accounting; operational performance reporting and analysis; and strategic planning and analysis. These services are critical to achieving the company's strategic, operational, and financial objectives. The Business Finance department provides a unique environment for energized and talented finance professionals to engage in the business as valued functional advisors, make meaningful contributions to the direction of a dynamic business, and be actively developed and recognized. Position Summary The Expert Business Finance Analyst will serve as the primary financial analyst for the Project Execution function within Power Generation. Support for other Power Generation sub-functions may be required on an as-needed basis. You will integrate with the organization to influence and drive cross team collaboration to improve project forecasting and support execution excellence. You must be a clear and concise communicator with written communication skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills, a background in finance or accounting, poise in working with many levels of staff, strong organizational and planning skills, initiative and enthusiasm, and strong people skills. This role is hybrid, working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office 1-3x weekly or based on business needs or company requirements. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, and geographic location.The decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.
