We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Learning & Development Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative learning strategies that align with and support our business objectives. Your expertise will guide the design and execution of large-scale, complex training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a talented team of training professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. You will partner with various departments and external educational institutions to create mutually beneficial training programs that drive performance and efficiency. Your ability to understand the motivations and challenges of diverse learners, coupled with your strategic vision, will be instrumental in developing effective training solutions.
