Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development Delivery, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this role, you will manage a team of dedicated training professionals, delivering both live and virtual training programs tailored to various levels of sophistication. From leadership development and New Hire Orientation to specialized Wine and Spirits education, you will ensure our training programs close skill gaps and meet the evolving needs of our employees. Your collaboration with Corporate Training and functional business leaders will be essential in the seamless logistics and administration of these programs. Your responsibilities will include leading and facilitating training sessions, monitoring the quality of training delivery, and making continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience. You will employ industry best practices and determine the most effective delivery methods, whether virtual or in-person, to suit business needs. Additionally, you will streamline training processes, develop cost model proposals, and manage multi-day learning events to achieve outstanding results and participant satisfaction. As a leader, you will develop, coach, and mentor your team, ensuring that all aspects of training delivery are successfully achieved. You will conduct performance evaluations, manage salary adjustments, and address any issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
