TEKsystems is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a local utility company's communications and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on a variety of digital and print projects. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to design engaging materials that support both internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities * Design and produce materials for print, web, and social media platforms. * Create and update PowerPoint presentations, business cards, flyers, and infographics. * Assist in the creation and maintenance of HTML email templates. * Proof and test emails across different platforms to ensure quality and consistency. * Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage campaign timelines and deliverables. * Support content editing and approvals for website and email communications. * Edit and prepare images using Photoshop and other design tools. * Conduct research on email, push, and SMS platforms and assist in vendor evaluations. Qualifications * Experience in digital communications, marketing, or graphic design. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across departments. * Experience with HTML email templates and email platforms is a plus. * Strong communication and coordination skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
