Responsibilities:
* Manages Telos's Aviation Channeling Service customer accounts, help desk operations/technical support, staff and customer training, and PM for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Designated Aviation Channeling (DAC) and TSA Aviation Channeling & Data Management System (ACDMS) programs.
* Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Activities include direct involvement and participation in the operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a multi-faceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
* Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical, analytical, TSA airport and air carrier security regulatory, policy, and operational guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct analysis and solutions of problems.
* Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including internal stakeholders, customers, and government agencies.
* Leverage aviation security operations, aviation/aviation security industry, and regulatory knowledge, focusing on TSA DAC services, TSA ACDMS services, TSA Secure Flight, TSA PreCheck Enrollment Services, channeling, credentialing, integration, access control, and biometrics to inform and support operations and engineering efforts to develop new security solutions for the aviation industry market.
* Facilitate Telos ID responses to TSA and aviation industry, specific to TSA DAC services and TSA ACDMS services, and provide day-to-day aviation security operations/policy/regulatory/technical/professional guidance and aviation industry specific information.
* Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned staff. Directly supervises individual contributors in technical, administrative and/or entry level professionals. Estimates staffing needs, assigns work, recommends candidates for employment, make recommendations for termination.
* Monitor and review SLA's weekly to ensure Help Desk support team is providing excellent customer service.
* Develop and operate a variety of technical systems related to the specific job function. Specify systems requirements and insure that completed systems meet requirements. Support data acquisition process control. Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation.
* Support DAC/ACDMS customer contracts and billing administration, support leadership with contract modifications/extensions, requirements, and related reporting as needed. Interface with contracts, procurement, and finance entities to ensure accurate and timely billing of customer accounts.
* Define metrics and reporting strategies that effectively communicate security posture to the client and leadership.
* Conduct introductory webinars with potential new customers on DAC (future ACDMS) capabilities and features.
* Conduct other webinars, as necessary, offering demonstrations and training specific to DAC/ACDMS , Rap Back , Secure Flight, Authorized Signatory portal, Applicant portal, and Scheduling Tool.
* Engage and support business development activities to the aviation industry to promote and raise awareness of Telos aviation security service offerings.
* Present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Job Requirements
Qualifications : * Bachelor's Degree with 5- 7 years of experience and/or a Master's with 3 - 5 years of experience. At least 1+ years in a supervisory capacity. * Experience in managing airport security operations.
* Knowledge and experience in analyzing, interpreting, and implementing TSA aviation security (Part 1542) regulatory requirements.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required.
* A professional attitude, attention to detail, customer service, ability to multi task, ability to respond to and complete tasks in a timely manner, and excellent organizational skills are required.
* Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
