Responsibilities:

The Project Manager (PM) will provide professional programmatic management addressing the planning, execution, and performance of all contractual requirements, for the entire Period of Performance (PoP). Personnel associated with this effort will be located In CONUS and OCONUS Locations to include Kuwait, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and United Arab Emirates. The PM responsibilities will include:

Company administrate for Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operations Tracker (SPOT) system

and Automated Export System. Critical contractual and regulatory obligation.

Track and ensure all deployed personnel LOA and CAC are current and reflect proper access and

support levels.

Focal point for all communication with Government Trust Agents (TA) and Contractor Office of

Record (COR) and Facility Security Offices (FSO).

Schedule and track all OCONUS personnel through the National Deployment Center (NDC)

ensuing medical, on line training and all other requirements are met.

Monitors funding level and takes measure to prevent the company form operating "At Risk".

Develop reports, projects consumption rates and establish pricing levels.

Oversee all OCONUS personnel movement, ensuring compliance with Prime Contract,

Department of State and Customs requirements.

Monitor and approve labor time for all OCONUS personnel ensure proper billing.

Develop and oversee policy and procedures for documentation and tracking all Government

Furnished Equipment issue

Perform technical and logistical research as required

Occasional travel up to 25% will be required to include Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.

Additionally, the PM shall conduct and/or participate in periodic meetings/reviews with the Government, as required; oversee the development and delivery of all contract deliverables; ensure all contract personnel meet clearance, skills, experience and certification requirements; manage/monitor contract funding levels; and actively manage all GFE/GFI, risks and agreements with associate contractors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* Strong communication, organizational and management skills

* Demonstrated ability to coordinate and synchronize tasks across multiple functional areas

* Demonstrated ability to lead/manage teams of personnel to achieve stated objectives

* Bachelor's degree in a related technical field

* DoD SECRET Clearance

Experience:

B.S. and 15 years of experience as a technician, supervisor, and manager of advanced military and industrial technologies;

Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
