We are looking for a person who has a background in employee benefits, project management, and enjoys a blend of client-facing and cross-functional partnership. This hybrid role can be based near our Lake Mary, FL or Hammonton, NJ office locations where you will be delivering innovative health and benefits solutions and work closely with both prospective and existing clients within Aon's Health Solutions team. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in domain leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. What the day will look like
You'll be at the forefront of a rapidly growing segment at Aon, engaging in true client consulting to help clients meet unmet and unfulfilled needs with innovative solutions for open enrollment engagement, voluntary benefit product suites, and technology. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
