Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our integration business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

Team and Staff Management


  • Supervise, support, and coordinate with department/team leads
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and productivity
  • Address personnel issues and support performance management


Process Oversight


  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and workflows
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations


Performance Monitoring


  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze reports and operational data to ensure targets are met
  • Implement process improvements as needed


Communication & Coordination


  • Act as a liaison between upper management and frontline teams
  • Coordinate across departments (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service)
  • Conduct or attend daily team or cross-functional meetings


Resource Management


  • Manage resource allocation (staffing, equipment, materials)
  • Approve procurement of necessary operational supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and order as needed


Customer & Client Support


  • Oversee client service standards and resolve escalated issues
  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers or clients


Reporting and Documentation


  • Prepare daily or weekly operational reports for leadership
  • Maintain accurate operational records and logs


Health & Safety / Compliance


  • Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed
  • Conduct spot checks or audits to maintain regulatory compliance


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree in Operations Management or similar degree
  • 10 plus years of Management experience in leu of Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to read and interpret financial statements
  • Experience forecasting and budgeting
  • Experience in relationship and client management
  • Strategic thinker, experience problem solving and driving results
  • Able to redirect and pivot based on changes in client needs
  • Experience with change management
  • Experience operating in a risk management and compliance environment
  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience leading and developing a team
