Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience.
  • Grinding, press, and forklift experience preferred.
  • Welding certification is required.



Key Responsibilities



  • Weld and fabricate components using steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and jet-kote materials.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute welding projects.
  • Determine welding techniques, calculate requirements, and prepare materials for fabrication.
  • Perform first-part inspections and verify weld quality before full production runs.
  • Ensure welds meet cosmetic and structural standards, with minimal warping.
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, including performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting breakdowns.
  • Insert and press hardware (studs, PEM nuts, etc.) as needed for assembly.
  • Optimize production efficiency while fabricating custom enclosures and small parts.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Sustain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation using 5S and lean manufacturing principles.



Schedule & Pay

Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays) | 5:30 AM - 2 PM | $25.10 - $27.30 per hour
