Join our dynamic team as a strategic partner, collaborating with senior business leaders and Human Resources experts to shape impactful people strategies that align with our business objectives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business results and enhancing the overall associate experience. Your primary focus will include implementing talent processes, fostering employee engagement, and developing change management plans that support our business goals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to coach business leaders, making a meaningful impact on our organization's success.

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that increase organization and individual performance to deliver on business goals
  • Serve as trusted advisor to member(s) of Executive Operating Committee, providing consultation, coaching and guidance on complex people and talent issues
  • Evaluate internal and external talent capabilities and drive actionable plans to identify, develop and grow talent through succession and development planning
  • Lead organizational design and transformation design activities including deploying processes to assist leaders with decision making for effective staffing and structure
  • Using enterprise change management philosophy, guide medium scale change management efforts to drive the successful implementation of key organizational initiatives within assigned client groups
  • Facilitate high quality deployment and delivery of enterprise people processes such as annual performance management and compensation planning, talent management and employee engagement
  • Drive initiatives that support and reinforce a collaborative, aligned and engaged culture
  • Provide information and insights to make data drive human capital decisions, leverage HR and business metrics to analyze and identify issues, needs and trends.
  • Develop strong working relationships with HR Centers of Expertise including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and HR Operations and provide thought leadership to ensure the successful delivery of innovative HR services and solutions across the enterprise
  • Lead a team of HR professionals that operates with a sense of urgency, proactively solves problems, and embodies a commitment to high performance
  • Act as steward and champion of organizational culture
  • Support and/or lead medium to large cross functional initiatives or special projects as needed
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Requires Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of twelve (12) years of HR experience demonstrating progressive responsibility; HR and/or Change Management Certification a plus

  • Demonstrated leadership presence, with a proven ability to inspire followership across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to influence and partner across the enterprise, including senior stakeholders
  • Strong business and HR acumen with proven ability to drive results
  • Excellent consultative skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of human resources management principles
  • Strong presentation skills and executives presence
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
