Radiation Health Analyst
Overview Radiation Health is the cornerstone of the Radiological Protection program. It serves as an independent check on the health and performance of the rest of the nuclear enterprise through personnel, area, and environmental monitoring. Radiation Health is the primary contact with our four customers: workers, sailors, public, and the environment. The Radiation Health Analyst will prepare radiation health reports, assist in the setup/administration of the area monitoring and environmental TLD programs, and assist in emergency response including operation of personnel decontamination facilities at both the Shipyard and Submarine Base, New London. Responsibilities of the role also include, but are not limited to:
Support the radiation laboratory in the Shipyard and at the Submarine Base
