The HR Manager will develop staffing strategies and coordinate successful execution of those strategies to source and fill company staffing needs. Serves as the leader in creating and maintaining best-in-class recruitment to attract potential job candidates. The HR Manager will partner?with leadership in the areas of employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, performance, training & development, communications, and overall people effectiveness. This role reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute on recruiting strategies. Own and manage full-cycle recruitment. Build talent pipelines by developing and maintaining a network of potential candidates through recruiting partnerships and other means. Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics:?tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Promote and uphold productive, professional, and positive working relationships with management, salaried, and hourly employees in a multi-state environment. Promote a workplace free of unlawful discrimination and harassment, fair and consistent complaint investigation processes and procedures. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations.Lead affirmative action efforts to include outreach and monitor/ measure the effectiveness of Probo Medical's equal employment opportunity and diversity efforts. Utilize technology and systems to automate and streamline HR, hiring and onboarding processes. Responsible for AAP records and reporting. Implement, lead and facilitate HR initiatives and projects. Deliver human resources processes and programs that align to the business, culture and company goals. Manage programs and initiatives to include performance management, work force planning, and employee/career development. Oversee annual HR training requirements and training compliance. Lead a team of two direct reports. Hire, train, develop, retain and evaluate direct reports. Observes and promotes company standards and policies on safety, quality and productivity. Requirements 5+ years of human resources and recruiting experience. 2+ years in supervisory/management role is preferred Undergraduate degree in business or related field (master's degree is a plus). Experience with Microsoft Office, HR systems and applicant tracking systems. Strong recruiting background Experienced in handling employee relations issues. Extensive professional development within the area of Human Resources. Demonstrated use of creative recruiting methods and best practices, Thorough knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws. Extremely high level of integrity, both in business and personally. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence others. Demonstrated leadership skills. Collaborative attitude. High level of flexibility Demonstrated ability to multi-task and obtain timely results. Able to work in a changing, fast-paced environment. Strong communications skills both written and oral. Excellent organizational skills. Preferred Education and Experience:PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification preferred. Experience in a multi-state environment preferred. Experience with Paylocity preferred. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel to company locations, job fairs or recruiting events. 10% or less.
