** This position is contingent upon contract award. **

Location: Remote - ability to travel 50%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Higher Command (HICOM) Support Team (HST) Lead helps ensure the ability for the MCTSP team to simultaneously support up to four large-scale multi-echelon exercises.

* Replicate the HICOM, typically in the form of a Division, Corps, or Joint Force Headquarters.

* Teach, coach, mentor and train Division and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts across all WFF, to include Command, Control, and Communications Technology, the philosophy of MISSION Command and the art and science of Command and Control (C2).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree, subject immaterial.

* 20+ years of experience in military training exercises.

* 2+ years of experience specifically with JELC process.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in the MCTSP or similar training program.

* Senior Army leadership experience.

* Extensive training management background with Combat Training Center experience.

* Successfully served as a Brigade, Division or Corps staff primary within the WFF function they represent.

* Successfully served on a command team at the Battalion level (Brigade level command preferred).

* Experienced in large-scale live and constructive exercises, a doctrinal expert within all WFF functions.

* Familiar with the employment and operation of Army MCIS.

* Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
