This Sr Program Manager position is part of a dynamic, diverse team of leaders at LSS Metro Homeless Youth Services providing an entire continuum of programs and services for youth who are experiencing homelessness. This role specifically supports Safe House and our Street Outreach teams. Safe House is a short-term (60 day) emergency shelter for youth experiencing homelessness ages 16 to 20, operating 24/7/365. The house has spacious and youth-friendly common areas, six beds, two bathrooms, and storage areas. Safe House provides youth with a friendly, safe environment where they can take the next steps on their journey. Our street outreach team is a small but mighty team of two who are part of the StreetWorks Collaborative, the largest outreach collaborative in Minnesota. This position encompasses critical budgeting responsibilities, grant writing, management of complex federal and state funding, personnel management, and tracking of expenses and revenues.
