Pay | $24 - $25/hr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Requirements | High school diploma or GED + 5+ years of manufacturing and mechanical assembly experience (specifically lathe/grinder on machines) + Working knowledge of safety protocol + Able to read and interpret blueprints

Essential Functions:

This job involves operating various machines to perform tasks and produce precision parts using manual and automated equipment. Essential duties include ensuring high productivity, collaborating with co-employees, planning and prioritizing tasks, accepting daily job assignments, analyzing and planning jobs, setting up and operating manual machine shop equipment, interpreting drawings and specifications, monitoring feed rate and speed, lubricating and cooling workpieces, using precision measuring instruments, filling out inspection and repair forms, building machines, coordinating installation with production and maintenance personnel, operating cranes and lifts, verifying work piece conformance, working cooperatively with other crews, management members, and vendors, following company policies, and maintaining a safe work environment.
