Job Summary Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is seeking a Staff Accountant to perform a variety of accounting duties, requiring a solid understanding of accounting principles, accuracy in compiling and analyzing data, and the ability to generate clear financial reports. Responsibilities include preparing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation for transactions recorded in the Institution's general ledger and job ledger. The role applies internal policies and relevant external regulations to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with GAAP. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days on Campus.Job Description Essential Functions & Duties
