Contracts Administrator
Location: Sarasota, FL

College graduates welcome to apply Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently while supporting multiple departments. The Contracts Administrator will play a key role in managing all company contracts and leases including commercial, residential, and real estate agreements, while maintaining a centralized database and supporting internal stakeholders across departments. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all company leases (commercial and residential)
- Maintain track subscriptions and IT-related contracts
- Review, interpret, and manage a wide range of contracts company-wide
- Maintain a centralized database of contracts and leases, including key dates, terms, and obligations
- Monitor and track critical deadlines such as renewals, expirations, and termination dates
- Prepare and manage standard contract templates, amendments, and addenda
- Coordinate legal review processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensure proper execution, filing, and secure storage of all contracts
- Identify and highlight key contractual obligations, terms, and risks
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for contract-related questions or escalations
What We're Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with contract databases or tracking systems is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (business, legal studies, real estate, or related field)
- Prior experience in contract administration or property/lease management is a plus
- Strong writing, editing, and document review skills
