Will work 100% onsite in Windsor Locks, CT Job Description: * Provide Workstation Hardware and Windows 10/11 Software Break Fix support. * Perform IMAC (Install, Moves, Adds, and Changes) tasks. * Image systems in support of break fix activities. * Conduct asset recovery, tagging, and disposal in accordance with client processes. * Install user-requested, client-approved software outside the base image. * Provide printer support and Client Center (Tech Bar) support. * Update IT Service Management systems. * Direct end users to mobile device return drop boxes. * Package mobile devices for shipping to disposal vendors. * Maintain workstation operations and ensure customer satisfaction. * Implement deskside support methodologies, processes, and procedures. Skills Requirements: * Effective interpersonal skills to interface with client staff. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. * Experience with imaging and configuring PC systems. * Proficiency in hardware break fix and software installation. * Basic network troubleshooting skills (network adapters, wireless, VPN clients). * Experience with Windows 10 OS support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office installations, repair, and general application support (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems. * Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS). Pay: Based on experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $26.00/hr.
