Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst II will serve as a subject matter expert and process leader between the Supply Chain Value Stream-clinical departments, vendors, the Purchasing Department, Receiving, Distribution, and Accounts Payable-and the ERP-Infor Cloudsuite. The Analyst II role has two distinct elements of concentration-value analysis and production within the ERP on behalf of the Supply Chain Value Stream and implementation via disparate groups within the Supply Chain Value Stream producing ROI and either expense reduction or revenue generation.

To be most effective, this team member will actively review existing contracts, spend, and opportunities within product and service categories, analyze current state processes, and business proposals to develop and organize stakeholders from analysis to implementation and realized, verifiable ROI.

Essential Functions:

  • Seek to document and optimize all aspects of the Supply Chain department by focusing on the interplay between DHHA' s ERP, Infor Cloudsuite, and its interaction between business owners, operators, and the users of that system (20%)

  • Manage the development and subsequent value analysis of multiple projects across the Supply Chain Value Stream (20%)

  • Lead and Manage groups of stakeholders through value increasing projects from analysis to implementation. (15%)

  • Manages Kanban and Project Management Boards to rapidly drive prioritized projects through the Supply Chain Value Stream (15%)

  • Identify and analyze areas of significant opportunity, within the Supply Chain Value Stream optimize ROI across Patient Outcomes, Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, and Accounts Payable. (15%)

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert within multiples roles with the ERP and as a result, optimizes Supply Chain Value Stream processes. (10%)

  • ERP Testing Resulting from process improvement activities within the Value Stream. (5%)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related field or

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 7 years clinical operational or supply chain experience.

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years prior experience as a user or analyst within Infor Cloudsuite or similar ERP within the Supply Chain Value Stream: Clinical Space, Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, and/or Accounts Payable required and

  • 1-3 years prior experience as a user or analyst of databases that required reporting, optimization, maintaining, and/or attribute or field set-ups including analysis, reporting, and cost/benefit production required and

  • 1-3 years Experience leading process improvement initiatives within the healthcare operational space required and

  • 1-3 years GPO reporting including value, spend, commitment, and compliance analysis with proven ROI impact.

Licenses:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Detailed understanding of the business relationships between all supply chain processes

  • Lean (Continuous Improvement) certification is not necessary though strongly preferred

  • Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary though strongly preferred

  • Professional communication skills to communicate the technical aspects with business owners and the business process needs to technical support and vendors.

  • Significant knowledge of GPO value and opportunities afforded to members.

  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenge and needs to be addressed.

  • Deep understanding of databases, ERP set-ups, and ERP maintenance required.

  • Prior experience with Infor Cloudsuite, MSCM, inventory management and reporting, and/or RFID suites strongly preferred.
