What Our Regional Channel Sales Manager Enjoy Most About the Role

  • Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer and Channel Partner experience through consultative needs analysis and client-centric solutions.
  • Designing and presenting tailored communication solutions to meet the complex needs of small, medium, and large business customers.
  • Achieving monthly revenue quotas in data, managed services, phone and video by generating sales through Channel Partners.
  • Enabling Channel Partners to sell and promote Spectrum Business products and services through networking, training, and industry events.
  • Collaborating with the Partner Account Management Team and support groups to ensure seamless handoffs and effective ongoing account management.

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment with travel required.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • BA/BS required or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue quotas, preferably in telecom data, voice and video solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN and fiber networks.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Relationship-building and solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Self-motivated and goal driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agent Channel Partners.
  • B2B sales with C-level decision makers.
