Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of datadriven email campaigns that drive targeted traffic and highquality leads.
  • Develop, segment, and manage audience lists using innovative targeting to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Run smart, disciplined A/B tests to continuously lift conversion rates, eCPMs, and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics in realtime, pivoting campaigns to seize opportunities and squash underperformers.
  • Partner with creative, content, and analytics teams to craft messaging that hits the mark every time.
  • Keep us ahead of the curve on CANSPAM compliance and industry best practices.


Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in performance-based email marketing (3+ years).
  • Mastery of list segmentation, automation, deliverability, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, ESPs, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of CANSPAM and related marketing industry regulations.
  • A sharp, analytical mind with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - and the chops to independently manage multiple projects at once.
  • Negotiation finesse when working with partners and vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
