Acara Solutions is looking for a Remote Marketing Manager position for one of our clients.
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion. This role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, copywriting expertise, and project management skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.
Location:
  1. Position is remote.
Duration:
  1. 2-3 months (with potential for extension).
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Strategy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop campaign strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
  1. Content Creation & Copywriting
    • Write compelling and on-brand copy for a variety of formats including emails, landing pages, social media ads, product collateral, and video scripts.
    • Ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to target audiences across all touchpoints.
  1. Project Management
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign development process, including creative briefing, asset production, stakeholder reviews, and final deployment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components.
  1. Execution & Optimization
    • Oversee the launch of campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring proper setup, targeting, and tracking.
    • Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion.
    • Support reporting and analytics across all channels
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred
  2. 5 years' experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution
  3. Experience in healthcare -related field (medical, dental, vision) and B2B marketing a plus
Abilities:
  1. Proficiency with email marketing platform (HubSpot), social Ad managers (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), and CMS/eCommerce tools (e.g., Magento, Drupal/DXP)
  2. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager/Campaign Manager for key platforms
  3. Strong analytical skills using HubSpot analytics, Meta/Google Ads dashboards
  4. Hands-on experience with SEO
  5. Excellent communication and project management skills
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  7. Ability to run reports and analyze data, working within key business applications to define trends and opportunities (i.e. Oracle, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel. etc.)
