Your Impact:

• Be a Strategic Partner: Work directly with the CEO and President to develop and execute financial strategies that fuel our growth.
• Lead with Vision: Oversee all financial management, from strategic planning and forecasting to cash flow and risk management.
• Navigate Complexities: Apply your expertise in government contracting (DCAA) and commercial regulations to ensure flawless compliance and financial health.
• Build a Team: Lead and mentor our finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For:

• A strategic CFO or senior financial leader with a proven track record.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong understanding and experience with government accounting, including DCAA regulations.
• Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a top secret clearance
