Campus Dean/Director of Nursing (MSN Required) The Campus Dean/Director of Nursing directs academic operations of the nursing programs on campus to ensure all students receive a quality education in a friendly environment. This role also evaluates program quality and maintains accreditation standards. The Campus Dean/Director of Nursing manages faculty including hiring/selection, orientation, development, supervision, evaluation and discipline and works to acquire new and maintain current clinical sites to meet the demands of the courses and students. This role also provides critical communication to facilitate role performance and program functioning and will participate in planning measures to achieve academic success for students.
