As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that generate awareness and drive pipeline growth across AHEAD's West Region. This highly collaborative role partners closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to align strategy, ensure flawless execution, and report on performance and outcomes.
Serving as the primary bridge between the West Region and the broader marketing organization, you will ensure tight coordination across teams, consistency in messaging and branding, and effective activation of campaigns, partner initiatives, and regional deliverables. You'll also champion regional engagement in national campaigns-helping to localize content, refine audience targeting, and align messaging to meet regional business needs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in field marketing and a hands-on approach to execution. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Experience Marketing, with a dotted-line to the EVP of Sales for the West. It offers a unique opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact on regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated field and regional marketing strategies tailored to the West Region, driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across target accounts and industries.
  • Design and activate executive engagement programs, including CxO-level experiences and high-touch events that deepen relationships with strategic customers and prospects.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives, aligned with both corporate and field priorities.
  • Partner closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and GTM teams to ensure cross-functional alignment on messaging, campaign strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with GTM and technology partners to support brand consistency and deliver impactful co-marketing and partner programs across the region.
  • Drive and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on high-value accounts, tailoring campaigns and events to accelerate sales cycles and increase engagement.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, using data and analytics to continually optimize programs and report impact to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with the regional sales team, educating on upcoming programs, assets, and global-to-local campaign activation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with national and global teams to scale successful programs across markets and ensure regional participation in corporate campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and flawless execution of high-touch regional events, customer roundtables, and partner activations-while also supporting key national initiatives led by the Experience Marketing team.
  • Oversee and manage the West Region marketing budget, ensuring high-impact use of resources that deliver measurable business results.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer engagements, strengthening AHEAD's presence and visibility in the West.
Skills
  • The ideal candidate has a strong track record of executing field marketing strategies that drive revenue through compelling content, integrated programs, and measurable impact. They bring a deep understanding of marketing best practices across digital channels, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and creativity.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs
  • Strong knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution
  • Demonstrated expertise in both project management and event execution
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally including Marketo, Salesforce, and Demand base.
