Shift: (Multiple Openings) 6:00PM - 6:00AM (2 on - 2 off - 3 on) & 6:00AM - 6:00PM (2 on - 2 off - 3 on)

Pay Rate: $33 - $37/hr.

Essential Tasks:



  • Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), addressing alarms, troubleshooting issues, and responding to escalations and work orders.
  • Schedule, track, and document preventive and reactive maintenance, including building audits, equipment start-up, tuning, calibration, and commissioning.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates, ensure service satisfaction, and evaluate needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of critical building utilities, optimize building performance standards, and support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
  • Manage shift turnover reporting, document activities, and create presentations or reports using systems such as Spotfire, Planon, and PowerPoint.
  • Support team success by completing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required; some college or business training preferred.
  • 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with BMS/controls systems, commissioning, software integration, calibration, and pneumatic controls (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license; technical or maintenance certifications/licenses a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret safety rules, technical instructions, and procedures in various formats.
  • Skilled in report writing, email communications, and work order system operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to meet essential job requirements.
