PRIMARY PURPOSE Assigns physical access, parking access and issues ID badges to Parkland employees, contractors, students, volunteers and physicians. Ensures customer satisfaction by following the policies and procedures as established by the department. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS Education: Must have an Associates degree in business, finance, healthcare administration or a related field. Experience: Must have 3-5 years of experience in assigning building access, parking access and issuing ID badges, including experience with building and parking access control systems. Equivalent Education and/or Experience: May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience as stated above. Certification/Registration/Licensure: None. Skills or Special Abilities: Must demonstrate knowledge of access control/badging systems; specifically Lenel OnGuard, DSX, ASI and 3M EFMS. Must demonstrate knowledge of Key Control Software. Must have excellent personal computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate a positive demeanor and have good customer service skills. Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.
