School of Business Job Description
This individual will Manage the admissions process by conducting interviews, processing applications, monitoring progress, and evaluating application components to render admission decisions. They will collaborate with recruitment and admissions staff to engage prospective students throughout the selection and admission process for various master's programs. This role Develops and generates student leads through various venues including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and on/off-campus events; provides recommendations on program benefits and requirements. In addition it Coordinates creation and management of internal and external communication flows for prospective and admitted students, resolving issues as needed and maintaining consistent engagement. It is expected that the individual will Maintain accurate records of prospective student activity and application progress using an applicant management system (Slate). The role also is responsible for compilation, analyzing and data related to admissions, enrollment, and student demographics. Shift
8-5 M-F with some occasions where availability required after hours Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range
