Requisition ID# 166692 Job Category: Real Estate / Facilities Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Engineering, Planning & Strategy Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Concord Department Overview The Land Surveying and Engineering Support (LS&ES) team is a group of 100 dedicated employees providing land surveying and mapping services in support of gas and electric transmission and distribution projects. These services include rights-of-way drawings, easement documents, engineering support drawings (plan & profile), topographic mapping and construction staking. We are located in 17 offices throughout the PG&E service territory Position Summary Leads a team composed of field and office Land Surveying personnel, as well as contractors to provide surveying, mapping, legal descriptions and drawings for the planning, construction and maintenance of proposed and existing company facilities. Works directly with engineers, planners, construction personnel, project managers and other business partners in assessing project needs. Develops and maintains work plans, schedules and cost estimates in support of these activities. Provides direction to the Project Surveyor, Chief of Party, Land Technicians and other field and office surveying personnel. Applicants must be licensed as a California Land Surveyor or pre 1982 California Registered Civil Engineer. PG&E is providing the monthly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. This position is subject to collectively bargained hourly wage rates. The monthly rate for this position ranges from $11,922.00 to $14,973.00, under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement, subject to collectively bargained wage increases.
