Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Manage the service renewal process for existing service customers from sending service reminders, confirmation of service requirements, generation of quotations and ensuring receipt of customer purchase order.
* Work closely with service customers by email and phone, as well as internal stakeholders including sales and service schedulers to meet customer's requirements.
* Answer basic questions about service plans.
* Prepare and review monthly reports with internal stakeholders
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual service renewal targets What You Need to Succeed
Customer focus, detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to interface with both customers and internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft applications.
* Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
