Application Systems Analyst Baltimore, MD (remote) Pay From: $60.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Application/Systems Analyst 6 years' technical experience in a healthcare or business environment preferred Experience in systems analysis/programming, customer service, vendor and systems information, and project management. Experience that includes exposure to networking and hardware preferred Strong analytical ability to solve complex technical problems. Competent in microcomputing including desktop applications, project management, and emulation applications. Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with internal/external customers. Understanding of information systems and their impact to customers. Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience DUTIES: Coordinates and conducts the testing of software updates/fixes and routine maintenance Validates that systems operate and perform properly Organizes test scenarios into test plans Collaborate with vendors and customers prior to version updates Work with project managers to coordinate project activities and provide status updates Assist with issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution Assist in identification and mitigation of risks throughout project lifecycle and report any issues that may impact timelines Responsible for executing project tasks including development of project work plans, resource plans, schedules, costs, administrative reports, and acceptance criteria Interact with IS team and Clinical stakeholders as necessary Provision user accounts in multiple within multiple applications Request and implement SSL certificate renewals Respond to Trouble Tickets and Service Requests to resolve daily end-user issues or requests Respond to issues sent via email, Teams IM or by phone, providing timely support and solutions Follow operational, downtime and support procedures Serves as liaison between application vendors and technical IS groups, and user community Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety standards Develops ad hoc and standard reports using system report writer or other tools to meet customer needs Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
