System Administrator (Sr.) Huntsville, AL Salary: $120,000 per year MUST: Experienced System Administrator (Sr.) Active Top Secret clearance 5+ years experience designing, managing, administering, documenting, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple, heterogeneous computer networks in both production and development environments Experience in Computer networking technologies, specifically with Cisco switches Experience leading teams of personnel with Network Administrator skills A relevant industry certification, such as COMPTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), etc. 4 year college degree in system administration, information technology, computer science, or computer engineering In lieu of education 10 plus years of experience in designing, managing, administering, documenting, troubleshooting, and supporting multiple, heterogeneous computer networks in both production and development environments DUTIES: Lead projects as required and be capable of producing a complete delineation of products and services, support equipment, computer, and electronic equipment installations required for the site to fully support mission operations Plan, direct, and, if necessary, conduct regular, special, and integrated system test programs on virtualization equipment Prepare and conduct special reports and presentations that contain actionable information, which is pertinent to individual site operations Plan, prepare and conduct on the job training to both government client and junior contractor personnel as required Coordinate with other field engineers to the benefit of the government client and specifically, ONTU Support the unit with other duties as assigned within the scope of work Install, configure, implement, and validate installation of components on networks including Citrix, Microsoft Hyper-V Manager, SCVMM, PowerShell Scripting, Splunk, and more as needed Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
