WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of two instructional designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support.
- Oversee the lifecycle of learning projects, including e-learning modules, ART programs, and other non-ART initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess learning needs and translate them into effective learning strategies.
- Ensure learning solutions are engaging, accessible, and measurable, leveraging best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design or learning and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven experience managing learning projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
