Description
The EMS Accountant is responsible for preparing and posting journal entries related to equipment transactions. This role includes reviewing and posting Integrated Rental invoices and hauling charges, as well as analyzing monthly validation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities also include processing all sales orders for invoicing and handling requests for cost transfers, attachments, and other necessary adjustments. The EMS Accountant operates independently and must be capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity. Success in this role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork. A customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

Bachelors of Accounting (required)
Experience
Three or more years of work experience in industry or Public Accounting is preferred. Experience and demonstrated skills using personal computers including Microsoft Word and Excel and basic typing skills are required for this position. (required)
