What You Will Do:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management system
- Manage inventory for individual parts and finished goods
- Conduct inventory transactions in Oracle
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Stage parts for the assembly operation
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to track incoming shipments
- Arrange outgoing shipments to the field operations teams
- Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment to unload/load trucks and move material
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
- 1 year of experience in inventory control and supply chain
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask through multiple computer programs
- Strong proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications; experience with Oracle is a plus
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
- Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
- Regularly and predictably attend work and work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
