Claritev's Technology Leadership Program provides a unique acceleration opportunity for Winter 2025/Spring 2026 college graduates interested in launching a career in technology. The 3-year program is designed to provide and develop both technical and leadership skills as associates rotate through 3 12-month placements within Claritev's technology organization. Associates rotate through various fields, accruing diverse skillsets that prepare them for future roles as technology organization leaders. Program graduates hold positions as engineers, project managers, product owners, team leads, managers, directors, and AVPs at Claritev. During the course of the 3-year program, associates have the choice of the following rotation areas (may change and/or expand year-to-year):

All applicants must have permanent work authorization in the United States. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Integrated curriculum develops key skills: team building, presentations, giving and receiving feedback, technology, business knowledge and leadership. 2. Collaborate, network, and work with other early career professionals in the program. 3. Benefit from formal and informal coaching, mentoring, and feedback from all levels of the organization. 4. Work closely with Senior Technology and Business Leaders, with opportunities for strategic project work beyond the rotation's core responsibilities. 5. Provide feedback to Program Director to help enhance program curriculum. 6. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 8. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within. 9. JOB SCOPE: Incumbent works under the direction of Senior Technology and Business Leaders with opportunities for strategic project work beyond the rotation's core responsibilities. Work is dynamic and varied and associates rotate through various functional areas within technology and the departments they support. |
