In this newly created role, you'll support the design and delivery of scalable, self-serve learning experiences that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and value realization across the user journey. Your work will directly support key product priorities-translating feature releases, workflows, and technical updates into compelling training content-with visibility across Product, Client Enablement, and Documentation teams.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to distill complex cybersecurity topics into clear and engaging content.
- Craft SMART learning objectives, effective assessments, and engaging learning strategies that drive measurable performance outcomes, ensuring every experience delivers real-world impact.
- Align curriculum to industry frameworks (e.g. NICE) to ensure learning programs meet or exceed industry standards and support long term growth and workforce development.
- Design role-specific content for job roles (e.g. threat analysts, security engineers, etc.) that reflect the complexity and nuance of their responsibilities, incorporating emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies, using scenario-based eLearning that mirrors real world use cases.
- Consistently deliver courses on schedule, aligned with program timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and effective enablement.
- Proactively maintain and enhance training content to reflect evolving product capabilities and emerging customer needs, ensuring every asset remains current, relevant, and optimized for learner success.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles enabling the development of technically accurate and contextually relevant learning experiences.
- Proficiency in media production (audio and video) to enhance learner engagement and elevate the overall quality of instructional content.
- Expertise with the Articulate Suite of products, including Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Review, with a strong ability to design interactive, visually compelling, and instructionally sound eLearning experiences.
- Instructional Design certificate recently earned or in progress, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development and mastery of learning design principles.
- Experience in content development with a track record of delivering impactful learning programs.
- Proficiency in media production: graphics/motion graphics.
- Bonus skill: Prior experience in learning management system (LMS) administration, with a strong understanding of platform functionality, learning analytics, and content development workflows.
Note: This role requires regular in-office presence.
