SOFTWARE ENGINEER SWE3
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph Overview DarkStar Intelligence seeks a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems. These systems include processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems, all based on documented requirements. The role requires working both individually and as part of a team to review and test software components for design compliance, document test results, and resolve software problem reports. The engineer will utilize appropriate software development and design methodologies and provide specific input on system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and the use of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) products. Additionally, the position involves conducting requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software components. Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $220,000 - $260,000 annually This pay range is intended as a general guideline and does not represent a guarantee of specific compensation. Final salary will be determined based on factors including responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market alignment, and applicable laws or agreements.
