Job Description

Please Note: This position is located in Istanbul, Turkey.



Overview of Position


The Account Management Supervisor is directly responsible for all account managers (Inside Sales Reps.) for the respective region(s). The role will also coordinate with regional outside sales team leadership to support the activities of the inside sales team throughout the organization.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Monitor daily operations and activities of the region's inside sales team
  • Coordinate team coverage and workflow to maintain optimal team performance and efficiencies
  • Track annual, quarterly, and monthly performance to goals
  • Review daily sales, quote follow up, and other reports to determine sales rep performance
  • Interview and hire the sales team
  • Establish and coordinate the training needs of the sales team
  • Conduct quarterly one-on-one and annual performance reviews
  • Recognize and motivate team members to be best in class
  • Identify, establish and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a liaison with other departments within the organization
  • Handle escalated customer calls
  • Assist with updates to sales-related procedures
  • Coordinate team meetings
  • Additional responsibilities or projects as determined by management



Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Fluent with MS Office software and other computer applications generally.
  • Ability to manage and motivate sales employees as demonstrated by previous management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of aerospace parts industry.
  • Works well with others in various situations and in cross-functional teams.
  • Able to prioritize, manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to maintain company and customer confidentiality.
  • Able to motivate others through leadership, coaching and mentoring.


Requirements

Education Requirements:


Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisor or management experience preferred.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.



Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
